1. At Shark Haus, most of our pieces are custom made to order, crafted specifically for each customer. For this reason, custom-made items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
2. For in-stock items, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
